Hey Guys! So in the summer we all tend to get the munchies. Oh the dreaded munchies. We try so hard to avoid it, but come on, we all know we cave in sometimes. So next time you're feeling the munchies coming on, try popping a piece of gum in your mouth! You're basically lying to your brain by saying, "hey i'm chewing so i am satisfying my hunger right?" (;
